We can all struggle to make decisions. But what happens when our choices impact the survival of those around us?

Soldiering and climbing share the same fatal consequences; Commando Ridge provides a metaphor for the consequences of making the wrong move in military or mountaineering.

This famous climb retraces the steps in the Royal Marines's M.L. selection process.

Tristan’s first documentary film was produced during his degree at Falmouth University in 2023.

The film was born out of an interest in 'trad climbing’ and shared experiences of considering military commissions; a complex shoot in an unpredictable environment.
